PostUp is a product of Mobilogical LLC (“PostUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information PostUp collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the PostUp mobile application, website, and related services.
Information we collect
Account and organization information
We collect your mobile number for Firebase phone authentication, plus information you choose to provide such as your name, dealership, role, team membership, preferences, and device notification token. If you request access on our website, we collect the contact and dealership information submitted in that form.
Inventory and listing information
We process dealership inventory snapshots supplied by MarketCheck, including vehicle identifiers, pricing, specifications, photos, and source timestamps. For the Treasure Coast launch, the app reads a cached snapshot of up to 100 recent active vehicles per populated dealership rather than requesting a live feed during normal use. We store listing drafts, selected photos, generated captions, platform, schedule, publication status, attributed lead counts, sold status, and gross that you enter.
Facebook session and Marketplace activity
Facebook runs inside an embedded browser on your device. Facebook login cookies and session data are held in that browser’s local website storage so you can remain signed in. PostUp does not ask for or store your Facebook password in Firebase. PostUp receives field-level success or failure events from its Marketplace form assistant and stores the listing status you choose. PostUp does not read your Facebook messages.
Subscription and purchase information
Apple processes payment details. RevenueCat provides us with product identifiers, entitlement status, purchase and expiration dates, and a subscription management link. We do not receive your full card number.
Diagnostics and usage
The production app uses Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check, Cloud Messaging, and standard server logs to understand feature use, deliver requested notifications, detect abuse, and diagnose failures. Crash reports can include device, operating system, app version, and technical state near a failure. The marketing site itself does not set advertising cookies.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and provide the app’s inventory, composition, Marketplace assistant, queue, scoreboard, billing, and team features.
- Generate listing copy using vehicle and dealership context.
- Maintain inventory snapshots and notify you about scheduled or expiring work.
- Verify subscription access, prevent abuse, secure the service, and troubleshoot visible failures.
- Respond to access requests, support questions, and legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Firebase for authentication, database, functions, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, app attestation, and website hosting; MarketCheck for dealership inventory; RevenueCat and Apple for subscription management and payments; and Google’s Gemini API for listing copy generation. Facebook Marketplace is opened at your direction inside the app. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the service providers above only as needed to operate PostUp, with members of your Floor organization according to their role, when you direct a social share, or when law, safety, or the protection of rights requires it. A Floor manager can see team posting activity and user-entered performance attribution, but not Facebook messages or customer conversations.
Retention and security
Active account data is retained while you use PostUp. Inventory snapshots are refreshed and stale units are removed from active use. We may retain limited billing, security, backup, and legal records after deletion where required. We use encrypted transport, Firebase access rules, server-side authorization, secret management, and Apple/Firebase app attestation. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Change profile, notification, AI tone, and Facebook dry-run settings in the app.
- Clear the embedded Facebook session from Profile.
- Manage or cancel an Apple subscription from the in-app billing controls or your Apple account.
- Delete your PostUp account and associated user content from Profile → Delete Account. Some records may remain where legally required.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information.
Children and regional rights
PostUp is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or appeal rights. We will verify requests before fulfilling them.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as PostUp changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to drew@mobilogical.com or mailed to Mobilogical LLC, United States.
