Built for the floor, not the back office

Every car on your lot.
Posted before lunch.

PostUp puts your dealership’s recent inventory on your phone, writes the listing, and fills out the Facebook Marketplace form for you. What took twelve minutes a car takes about forty seconds.

The problem

You already know Marketplace sells cars. You just don’t have twelve minutes each.

01

The form is brutal

Fourteen fields, half of them dropdowns whose wording never matches your inventory. “Wind Chill Pearl” isn’t an option. “Pickup” isn’t either.

02

Your lot changes daily

The unit you listed Tuesday sold Wednesday. New ones landed Thursday. Keeping listings honest becomes a second job nobody pays for.

03

You can’t just automate it

Marketplace has no public listing API. The post needs to come from your account, with you reviewing it and choosing Publish.

How it works

Three taps, start to posted.

1

Connect your rooftop

Type your ZIP and tap your dealership. PostUp loads its cached recent vehicles, including available photos, prices, mileage and VINs.

2

Pick a car, hit Launch

AI writes the listing in one of four voices—straight, hype, family or deal. Edit, regenerate and choose the photos you want.

3

Marketplace fills itself

The real Facebook page opens inside PostUp. Tap Fill Form, review every field, then you hit Publish and move to the next car.

The secret sauce

The real form.
Filled in front of you.

PostUp runs inside your own Facebook session. It translates the feed, watches every field land and keeps a manual override one tap away.

Your account, your session

Sign into Facebook once, in your own name. PostUp never posts as anyone else and never publishes in the background.

Values translated automatically

“Wind Chill Pearl” becomes White. “Pickup” becomes Truck. Your feed’s wording maps to what Facebook offers today.

Nothing fails silently

Every field ticks off in front of you. If Facebook moves something, you see exactly what missed.

A manual override that always works

Tap any value in the car drawer straight into the focused field. A form change never leaves you stranded.

Everything around the post

A daily sales cockpit, not another feed viewer.

Recent rooftop inventory

Browse a launch snapshot of up to 100 recent active vehicles for every populated Treasure Coast dealership.

AI copy in four voices

Straight, hype, family or deal. Same car, different buyer. Regenerate until the listing sounds like you.

Stories and TikTok too

The same photos become an Instagram Story canvas or animated vertical walkaround, with the caption copied.

🔥

A daily run you can hit

Five cars a day, a streak that counts and every unit still invisible to buyers. Aging inventory turns urgent.

A queue, not a memory test

Live, scheduled, drafts and expired listings in one list, with nudges when it’s time to publish or refresh.

Proof you can show a GM

Messages, sold units, gross attributed and time saved—plus a floor view for the teams that need it.

The difference

Thumb-typing versus ignition.

Questions

The ones everybody asks first.

Will this get my Facebook account banned?

PostUp is not a background publishing bot. It opens the real Marketplace page in your own logged-in session, fills the form, and shows the result. You review the listing and tap Publish yourself every time. Facebook can change its services or policies, so no third party can promise account outcomes; PostUp is deliberately designed to keep you in control.

What happens when Facebook changes its form?

Every field reports back as it lands, so a miss is visible. The car drawer remains available underneath the page: focus a field, tap the matching value, and keep going. The adapter is versioned so fixes can be tested and shipped intentionally.

Where does my inventory come from?

For the Treasure Coast launch, search by ZIP and select any populated local rooftop. PostUp stores a MarketCheck snapshot of up to 100 recent active vehicles per dealership, including available photos, prices, mileage, trim and VIN. Normal app use reads that snapshot and does not trigger paid inventory calls.

Can my manager see my numbers?

Only within a Floor organization. The manager view covers posting activity, attributed leads, sold units and entered gross. It does not read your Facebook messages or customer conversations.

Does it post automatically on a schedule?

No, deliberately. Scheduling queues the car and nudges you when it is time. You still open the listing, review it and tap Publish.

How do subscriptions work?

Purchases are handled by Apple in the PostUp app and subscription access is managed through RevenueCat. The app always shows the current localized price, trial eligibility and renewal terms before you confirm.
